Description

BLUE DANUBE- BLUE ONION  (c-1951+)  PEPPER SHAKER- BANNER STAMP

THE PEPPER SHAKER IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.  THERE ARE NO CRACKS, CHIPS OR CRAZING, ALTHOUGH THERE APPEARS TO BE A SMALL HAIRLINE AT THE TOP,  JUST AT THE BASE OF THE FINIAL.  ALSO A WEE ROUGH SPOT ON THE SIDE. NONETHELESS, THE COBALT BLUE AND MEISSEN STYLE PATTERN,  UNDER-GLAZED ON FINE TRANSLUCENT PORCELAIN,  DISPLAYS GREAT QUALITY!

THE SHAKER STANDS 5 INCHES IN HEIGHT. IT HAS ONE ROW OF 6 HOLES AROUND THE FINIAL.

WHAT A GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR SHAKER COLLECTION OR TO YOUR  BLUE DANUBE/BLUE ONION SET.  DO KEEP IN MIND THAT AS TIME GOES BY, FEWER OF THESE GREAT PIECES WILL BE AVAILABLE.

THANK YOU FOR LOOKING.
